Society
of Automotive Engineers of Shandong(SAES)
was founded in 1986. It's a Provincial academic corporation league
volunteerily founded by science and technology workers of Shandong
automobile industry under the jurisdiction of Shandong Science &
Technology Association. As a nonprofit social organization, it's
a director enterprise of Society of Automobile Enginnering of China(SAE—China).
Its tenet is accelerating scientific and technological progress
of Shandong automobile industry, cultivating talents of automobile
science and technology, advancing civilian science and technology
exchange of world automobile industry, spreading and popularizing
automobile knowledge.
There are 1,332 individual members in SAES, 180 group members, 2
committees, seven professional committees and an expert committee
made up of 95 experts from various technical fields. They have actively
taken part in activities held by SAES and accelerated progress of
science and technology of Shandong automobile industry.
SAES is an important role for new thoughts spreading, new technology
exchange and forming of new concept and an important bridge of accelerating
International automobile technology exchange.
